Quality is become one of our main goal. In achieveing those goal we are implementing many steps and process to achieve our our goal, which is Proving the Quality standard that can be accepted by our buyers.

Our first process is started with selecting the woods log.

Our wood are government lisence woods of Indonesia (PERHUTANI). By buying woods from govenment, our products will able to deliver us to achieve our main goal.

The second process is cutting the woods and Kiln drying process.

In cutting the woods, CV. AMAZIA is cutting the woods log to become woods panel. Then this wood panel will be selected and grouped based on the quality of the woods. Therefore we are able to fulfill our buyer request in the grade level that being requested by our customers.

In this process CV. AMAZIA also kiln drying these woods panel in our private kiln drying chambers. We able to process at least 20 m3 of woods panel in one process time. Since this is CV. AMAZIA oven chamber therefore we are able to control the moisture level(MC) of the woods. Our standart MC for each products are 14, however we are accepting our customer requests in getting lower MC level. Our Chamber has shown that we can reach 10 MC level in woods panel.

The third process is cutting, assembling, and sanding the furniture

As of the third process, this process is the most important process of all, thus it takes longest time of all processes.

Cutting is being done professionally by CV. AMAZIA employees. This process must be done with details in order to achieve the standard level of our customers. In assembling the woods, we are using our expertise to deliver the strengthness of the woods. In sanding process, CV. AMAZIA is processing the woods to achieve the smoothness of the woods. We are delivering the best of our ability to fulfill the customers' request.

The last process is finishing and packing process.

In the finishing process, CV. AMAZIA is using chemical that safe for our customers, employees, community, and world.

To assure the quality and the dryness of the furniture, CV. AMAZIA is processing each items through oven chamber (special design only for the finishing item). This process will assure that the item will dry enough before in reaching the packaging process.

In packing process, CV. AMAZIA's items is being tested and checked by our employees to assure that the items is meeting the standard of the customer. In this process our workers will check the construction and the finishing of each individual item.

After checking the items them the item will be packed carefully and straped. The packaging of the items can be modify based on the customers specification.

All this processes is being done by CV. AMAZIA to assure the quality of each individual furniture.
